When the time comes to sell property, the mental struggle begins whether
you should market your assets yourself or seek out a Realtor
who specializes in what you want sold. Deciding whether you or a Realtor
has the leading edge can sometimes take its toll on everyone involved.
For the responsibility of what’s at stake and who to trust
with your assets can not be taken lightly. We are speaking of a very
valuable possession owned by few and cherished by many... Mobile
Home Parks, or as the trade now prefers to call them, Manufactured
Home Communities or Manufactured Home Parks.
In the Province of British Columbia, there is a small handful of
Realtors who really are experts in this specialized field. One name
emerges as
a leading candidate who gets the job done, Glen Beauchamp of Remax-Aldercenter
Realty in Aldergrove British Columbia. As one satisfied seller put it
in a letter to Glen, "Your honesty and sincere personality combined
with your knowledge and genuine concern for our welfare helped us feel
at ease with our park sale." While another stated, "At first
I did not believe you possessed all the knowledge you claimed, but now,
I truly believe you do."
Glen is a thirty-two year Real Estate Professional who has worked
hard to provide his clients with the quality of service they so much
deserve. "The
length of time it takes a park to sell and its eventual selling price
directly affects my own market value," Glen explains. "I personally
would like to ensure that each of my vendors receives as high a market
value as possible in the shortest period of time."
Professional information brochures are important to generate a high
level of purchasers' interest and Glen adds, "I have spent weeks
in some cases securing the important information for my presentation
packages
which sometimes runs to fifteen pages.
If I don't present the product in its best possible light it's easier
for a purchaser to say no, a lender to shy away or the lender's appraiser
to value the park at a lower price."
Glen goes on to add, "I feel a healthy commitment to quality
service will not only get my current clients the sale they want, but
it will
also convert into repeat and referral business down the road. My clients
are not just a piece of brick mortar, they are my entire foundation."
As an associate of Remax-Aldercenter Realty, he is well positioned to
do business throughout this co-operating network in addition to the two
local area Real Estate Boards. He also seems to have cultivated a following
of lenders and appraisers who consult him, as over the years they have
recognized how broad based his information is, particularly his sales
information which is intensive and always current.
Glen holds an Associate Broker license and was a manager and officer
of a multi branch company, as well as a director of his Real Estate Board
and chairman of its Industrial, Commercial Investment committee. His
real estate Awards include amongst others a Grand Masters award, MLS
Medallion Club and Re/Max's 100% Club. He down plays these awards favoring
his International advertising award from Re/Max. But one thing he is
not modest about is his over 40 years as a rugby player.
