Where did the year go? It seems like just yesterday I was announcing the release of Version 2.0! Yet here we are just a month away from New Years as I write our December's Pax Chatter.
Before I dive into what our team has been working on over the month, I first want to give a big “thank you” to all of the folks that have shared how much they love our Parcel Data button within Park Sites.
It is truly an honor to also hear several people say they are switching from a certain BIG box brand platform to ours.
When I first designed our mobile home park platform, I never expected to hear those words. I just knew I wanted to provide a mobile home park platform that was reasonably priced and included all the tools I wished I had over the years.
While we still have many more wish list items to build into our site, I would say based on your feedback, our team is on the right track. This brings me to our latest work.
Over the last month, many of you may have seen our advertisements for receiving a notification when we've released our new Contacts CRM solution. While it isn’t quite ready for release today, December 2023 is the month!
As I wrote in the Pax Chatter for November 2023, our team has been focusing on bringing each piece of Contacts CRM together. While traditionally a CRM platform is self-contained, our Contacts CRM solution is actually integrated directly with our Park Sites, Advertising, and Professionals solutions.
The challenge to this type of integration is that Contacts CRM needs to work well as a stand alone solution, but also needs to fit within the logic and design flows of the solution it’s being integrated into.
One of the largest integration challenges had been integrating Contacts CRM into Park Sites. This way our users won't have to continually switch between solutions to manage their contacts and leads for a specific park.
Essentially, this meant our team had to build two very specific individual interfaces. The stand alone Contacts CRM solution interface and an interface that looks seamless when the user clicks the Contacts CRM button within Park Sites.
Watch to see a sneak peek!
Having said that, I’m excited to say that the pieces have now all come together, and Contacts CRM is in its final alpha testing phase! To say it’s going to be a cool enhancement to the solutions we provide our users, is truly an understatement! Even as its designer, every time I see it, I get giddy!
As we complete our final alpha testing over the next couple of weeks, we plan on Contacts CRM making its debut to the mobile home park industry in mid-December. At the time of release it will be a very stable beta version so people can start using it immediately while we make the final small tweaks.
Feel free to visit our Contacts CRM landing page to learn more. While on the page you can also enter your email address so that we can send you a notification about it going live.
Until next month have a Merry Christmas and a safe and Happy New Year!
