In this edition of our Pax Chatter, let me cut straight to the chase! I don’t think anyone would disagree when I say our original Contacts solution was less than ideal. That’s why our team is super excited to announce that we’ve now replaced it with Contacts CRM in our latest release 2.1.08!
While it's release is slightly later than what we anticipated in my Pax Chatter for December 2023, I think you'll find it well worth the wait.
This release makes Contacts CRM the first CRM system designed to work out of the box with mobile home parks and RV parks! This means users can now ditch the countless hours of customizations and just get straight to what they rely on a CRM for.
What’s even cooler is that we’ve integrated Contacts CRM with our Advertise solution, Professionals solution, and Zapier! This means that not only will you gain leads with each advertisement and Professionals page you publish but you can also send new leads the perfect email from your existing email marketing platform automatically.

Professionals Solution Changes
With the release of our new Contacts CRM, we also wanted to provide our users with the ability to gain even more leads when they utilize our Professionals solution.
Previously when a user wished to promote themselves within the Professionals page of our public website, they would do so by opting in from within their profile. While this was a simple way for people to promote themselves to our mobile home park audience, it lacked the ability for our users to have detailed control over exactly what was being displayed.
With the release of 2.1.08 we’ve now replaced this method with a formal Professionals solution that can be accessed from the Dashboard’s left menu.
With this change, users can now build and publish their own personal Professionals page while customizing the information that it displays. Once a user’s Professionals page is published, we automatically add you and your page’s link to our public Professionals page. Additionally, a link to your Pro’s page will also display automatically on each advertisement that you publish.
These changes to our Professionals solution not only help our users to promote themselves with more control but will also allow them to gain leads within Contacts CRM as visitors view their Professionals page.
Other Site Enhancements
With the introduction of Contacts CRM and the vast improvements we’ve made to Professionals, release 2.1.08 also continues to enhance how we deliver our site’s message to both our site visitors and search engines.
While the visual changes within our public website are subtle, we believe the changes will help new visitors to further understand what MHParks.com offers in a much more user-friendly way.
